Welcome to my website!
My name is Okezi, and I like to think of myself as a builder. Not a building-builder though, instead I build individuals in their formative years and equip them to be all that they were made to be, and nothing less.
My goal on this platform is to create and reflect on positive narratives, while inspiring you to deliberately seek these out as you go about regular life. Because the stories we hear and tell have the greatest power to shape our world, I am committed to shaping my world by sticking with Narratives That Build no matter what.
I am also a Disciple(r), Sister, Researcher, Social Investor and Doctor. My favorite title of all is Sunday School Teacher, aka Aunty.
I lead the team at Light Learning Club where we provide exceptional learning experiences to children in low-resource communities. I am also an author of two books and counting. The first is Being 20-Something – a book that provides wisdom and guidance to help young adults navigate early adult life. My latest book is Everything I Am, a children’s picture book that celebrates what is true about each child. You can find more information about my books here.
I’m glad you found your way here, and I hope you gain value and inspiration from the stories I share.
I would love to connect with you further via email. Please provide your email address below and I’ll be in touch.
I analyze and interpret data to inform healthcare decisions and improve public health outcomes.
I create affirmative and representative resources to help African children build confidence and resilience.
